How i did it!!

The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you are eating.  I'm sure that most of you already knew this concept.  The idea you must realize is that you burn x number of calories each day just from your daily activities.  So the first step to take is to figure out roughly how many calories you are burning each day.  You can figure this out by using any calorie counter you can find.  You can get to the one that i use if you click here.  Note: make sure that under exercise level you click on basic metabolic rate.  This will give you the true value of how much you burn a day.
Now that you know how much you burn in a day you simply need to eat less than the amount given and over time you will lose weight.  I am going to show you how to lose weight fast the way i did.  You first need to know that in each pound of fat there are 3500 calories.  This being said, Every time you burn 3500 calories more than you intake you will lose a pound of fat!  Now get back to the number of calories you burn a day.  Take 75% of that number and that is how much you will eat a day.  Mix this with 30 minutes of light cardio a day and you will get results fast!  You may be saying that this sounds hard to do?  It's not.  If you read the rest of my website i give many tips on how to fill your stomach so you will not get cravings throughout the day.  I hope that you do take the time to read this site because losing weight is really a SIMPLE task and i would hate for people to miss out on this opportunity.

So have you been trying to lose weight?  Are you having trouble completing your goal?  Losing weight can be very difficult if you dont know what you are doing.  There are many different ideas you must keep in mind when you are trying to lose weight.  Before we get in to detail about losing weight lets take a look at some of these ideas:
  1. NEVER expect to lose weight over night.  I say this figuratively but it is something that needs to be said.  Of course you wont lose 10 pounds overnight but the truth is too many people expect to lose weight way too quickly.  If you go into something with an unrealistic mind set you will get discouraged and probably give up.  Just make sure you stay patient with this and give it a real effort.
  2. Do NOT fast!  Many people (especially women) think that losing weight is all about not eating.  This is not true at all.  Eating is very important when it comes to dieting.  Skipping a meal can get your body in a routine and in the end lower your metabolism.  This will, in turn, increase the amount of effort you have to put into losing weight.  I will discuss this topic much more later on.
  3. Try to make the last thing you eat for the day dinner.  Midnight snacks can hurt your dieting.  If you must eat during these times try to make it 100 calories or less.
  4. Start making your meals smaller and eating more of them.  Instead of eating 3 big meals in one day, try to eat 4-5 smaller meals.  This is a good tool used by many athletes that are trying to stay in shape.

Diet Pills

There is a lot of skepticism about diet pills.  Saying that there could be risk involved.  However, i am not a doctor i do not know the answer to this.  I have read up on diet pills lately and most people say that they have helped them so much to lose weight.  This site is not about diet pills but i thought it was a topic i should discuss for those of you who do not want to put in a lot of work to lose weight.  Or if you just want the extra help to lose weight more quickly.  If this is not for you then great.  Keep reading my website and you can do it the way i did it!
